PRODUCT CARE
All precious metals will eventually tarnish. Some people like the way it looks better with a darker hue but if you do not, there are ways to slow the process of tarnishing. Different environmental conditions and skin types can affect the jewelry more quickly. Air and light affect it the most—so if you keep your pieces in an airtight zip-lock bag when you're not wearing them, they won't tarnish as quickly. People’s body chemistry can affect metal differently as well. Try to avoid wearing a lot of perfume or lotion around your pieces. They can be cleaned or polished with any polishing cloth or non-abrasive Silver polish. If your piece has any antiquing or oxidation in the design, don’t soak it in a polish— it will take away the detail, only use a polishing cloth.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery & Processing Charges (D&P)
D&P is the charge for catalog and Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift packaging and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. D&P is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (PT).
Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $10.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (PT). Please note 2 day orders placed after 12:00 noon (PT) Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Overnight Delivery
If requested, add $17.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (PT). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (PT) Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Gift Card Shipping
All gift cards will be shipped in a signature Rosaline Jewelry gift box according to standard shipping policies as stated on www. rosalinejewelry.com. Signatures are required for all deliveries. The shipping charge for all gift cards is $4.00.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Palau, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands Deliveries
Add $5.00 to the applicable D&P charges. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (PT).
Delivery to international destinations and some U.S. territories
At this time, we cannot ship an online order to international destinations.
Delivery to post office boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Second-day and next-day shipping are not available on these items. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order, and heavy items may take up to four to six weeks for delivery. SALES TAX
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Rosaline Jewelry order in compliance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA, or the District of Columbia.
Return Policy/ Exchange/ Warranty
We stand behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all Jessica Elliot Jewelry. All products are covered by a LIMITED WARRANTY. If the product is determined within 14 days to have a manufacturers defect, we will repair or replace at no cost. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipping, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If you are unhappy with your selection for ANY reason (EXCEPT FOR THE PRODUCTS NOTATED IN BOLD BELOW), you may return it within 5 days of the confirmed UPS receipt date for full credit towards the web site or exchange (less shipping costs). For either of these options, you must e-mail us to obtain a return authorization number. You will then be e-mailed instructions on where to ship it. The item must not be worn, and still be in its original package. When we receive the item in unused condition with a return authorization number, we will give you a credit minus the shipping costs, or send you a different piece. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS TO THE 5-DAY WEB SITE CREDIT/EXCHANGE POLICY IS ON CUSTOM ORDERS, SOLID GOLD ORDERS, ANYTHING IN THE SALE SECTION, OR IF OTHERWISE NOTATED ON THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT. ANYTHING THAT IS CUSTOM ORDERED, SOLID GOLD, IN THE SALE SECTION, or NOTATED AS "FINAL SALE", IS NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT. IN THE CASE OF A MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT, WE WILL FIX OR REPLACE THE ITEM (NO EXCHANGES OR WEBSITE CREDITS).
After receiving a return authorization number, all packages must be prepaid, insured for your own protection, and shipped in a BOX. No returns will be accepted that aren't shipped in a box, and properly packed with the necessary cushioning materials. Otherwise, the jewelry can get crushed in transit. Once the item is sold, we cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence, modification, or misuse.
REPAIRS: If you need a repair, please e-mail us to get a return authorization number and let us know what needs to be fixed. We will then let you know if there will be any charges.
CANCELLING AN ORDER: We are not a mass manufacturer, so every piece is made to order. We therefore ask that if you need to cancel, you do it within 24 hours of placing the order.
